refund policy

I take secure payments via square invoices. these are secure and encrypted. there will be an option to add an additional tip. it is never required but always super appreciated!

all prices are in USD. conversion is your responsibility to figure out.
β
full refunds will only be available before the sketch has been approved or if it due to MY cancellation.
β
after sketch approval, you may request a partial refund if there has been absolutely no progress on your commission in 2 weeks. the refund amount will be equivalent to the difference in worth of what you paid for and what you have received at this point. (ex: cancelling a fully rendered piece at the sketch stage, you would receive the price difference between a sketch and full render.) exclusions exist for physical pieces (see below).

by requesting a refund, you forfeit the rights to any art that may have been produced past the last approved stage. (ex. you request a full refund because none of the sketches I gave have been approved yet. you may NOT use these sketches.) I reserve the right to modify and recycle these assets into other works. you will not be permitted to use this art in any way.

refunds will be sent out within 14 days of request.

for physical pieces, 10% of the payment is considered a non-refundable deposit. this helps cover material costs. it is only refundable by MY cancellation.β
payment plans will be considered on a case to case basis for larger pieces and must be discussed before or during submitting an application.
β
payment must be made in full before the commission is started.
β
missing payments may result in the termination of your commission slot.
process
β
commissioners must have a clear, unshaded digital reference sheet, with exception to reference sheet or character design commissions, unless otherwise approved.β
you will be sent WIPs at each stage. it is your responsibility to be sure you are happy with each stage. if there are small errors made on my end (ex. wrong nose shade noticed past the coloring stage), small exceptions may be made on case to case basis for free, but generally speaking a modification past each approval checkpoint will require an additional fee.

deadlines should be communicated during or before your application. I make no guarantee to meet deadline requests after this point. rush fees may be considered on a case to case basis.

you are entitled to progress updates and I will do my part to provide them. however, this does not give you the right to harass. harassment may lead to cancellation of your commission.
finished pieces
β
you will receive a high quality file of your finished piece. it is your responsibility to download and store your piece when you receive it initially. I will not hold onto high quality files for extended periods of time. if you delete it, it may be lost.
β
physical works will be mailed within 2 weeks of completion unless otherwise discussed.
β
your finished piece is yours to do with what you would like, with some exceptions listed below.
β
erasing, modifying, or covering my watermark is not allowed. if it gets cropped out by the nature of your post, or becomes hard to read somewhere, it is requested that you tag or mention my business name in the caption.
β
if using your piece as a profile picture or similar, it is appreciated but not required that you mention me as the creator somewhere on your page (ex. bio, instagram highlight, etc.).
β
I will post most pieces on my social media or portfolio. requests to delay this post may be made. requests to entirely keep the piece a secret and not be posted at all need to be made before the commission process is started, as it may impact the agreement.

YOU MAY NOT USE ANY OF MY PIECES, PURCHASED OR NOT, FOR NFTs OR TRAINING OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE.

you may NOT use my artwork on merchandise or for advertisement unless it is a deal we have discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

both custom and premade designs should be properly credited to me when prompted. List WolfSpore as the creator on Toyhouse.
β
designs that are later modified should still list me as the original creator, unless they are edited beyond reasonable recognition.
